Senior Sales Associate - Alo Yoga

The Role

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will provide outstanding customer service, support sales growth, and ensure the store is presented to the highest standards.

You will maintain up-to-date product knowledge, assist with stock management, minimize stock loss risks, and represent the brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to carry out manual tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift light to medium loads.
• Basic IT and computer skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

Preferred Skill: Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Spanish. Multilingual candidates are highly valued as they help us better serve our international customer base.
