Role Summary
We are hiring a results-oriented Senior Sales Associate to drive revenue growth by selling customized digital and technology solutions including:
- Custom Web Applications
- Custom Mobile Applications
- Ready AI Products
- Digital Marketing Services
The role involves managing company-provided leads while actively generating new business opportunities across SMEs, Corporate clients, and Government entities within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual revenue target of AED 1.8 Million (range AED 1.5-2M)
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Identify and engage decision-makers across SME, Corporate & Government sectors
- Conduct client meetings, presentations & solution demonstrations
- Collaborate with technical teams for customized proposals
- Maintain CRM accuracy and sales forecasting
KPIs
- Annual Target: AED 1.8M
- Pipeline Coverage: Minimum 3x monthly target
- Lead-to-Conversion Ratio
- Client Retention & Repeat Business
- Quarterly & Monthly Sales Performance
Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years B2B Sales experience (UAE preferred)
- Experience in Software / Digital Marketing / Ecommerce Sales
- Proven revenue achievement track record
- Strong consultative & solution-based selling skills
- Experience dealing with SMEs & Corporate clients
- Arabic speaker preferred (not mandatory)
