This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales position located in Hurghada. The Senior Sales professional will focus on developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving customer acquisition and retention. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, providing training to sales staff, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work closely with other departments to achieve business goals.

• Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide effective Training to sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment in Hurghada
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate, tourism, or transportation industry is a plus
