Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Riyadh and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and business partners.
- Conduct client visits and present Maverick's services professionally.
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with design, technical, and commercial teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project opportunities.
- Represent Maverick at meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
- Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Experience in Fit-Out, Construction, Interior Design, Hospitality, Real Estate, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Riyadh-based or willing to relocate.
- A driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
