We're Hiring | Senior Sales & Business Development Manager – Polymer Division

Dubai, UAE

Following the expansion of our Polymer Trading Division, we are looking for experienced Senior Sales & Business Development Managers to join our growing international team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong polymer trading experience and an established network across Africa, Asia and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow polymer sales across international markets

Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities

Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships

Develop long-term supplier and customer partnerships

Lead commercial negotiations and close trading opportunities

Monitor market trends, pricing, demand, and competitive activity

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams

Contribute to the expansion and growth of the Polymer Division

Requirements

8+ years of experience in polymer trading / sales

Strong experience in Africa and Asia markets

Excellent knowledge of:

• HDPE

• LDPE

• LLDPE

• PP

• Engineering Plastics

Strong existing customer network

Strong existing supplier network

Proven international trading and business development experience

Excellent negotiation and commercial skills

Strong understanding of polymer markets and pricing

Leadership and relationship-management experience

Fluent in English

Preferred

MBA or relevant business qualification

International market exposure

Experience working with multicultural teams

Existing portfolio of polymer customers and suppliers
