Job Description

Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Discover customer's needs and offer solutions to them through the company's services or vehicles.

Share experience and knowledge to help business reach goals and solve problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert showroom visitors into customers by greeting them in a welcoming and helpful way and understanding their needs and interests to match them to the most appropriate vehicle.
  • Understand the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all vehicles, and provide the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
  • Answer customer general and detailed questions about vehicles, financial aspects, warranties and purchase process.
  • Build a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
  • Help customers become familiar with the vehicles they are interested in by offer test drivers, explain technical details and specific legal and financial requirements.
  • Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices
  • Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options.
  • Follows up with prospective customers and existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
  • Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
  • Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on our CRM software.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to reach sales targets.
  • Assist with the setup of the showroom and promotional displays.

Requirements

  • An associate's degree or high school diploma
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • A proven track record in motor vehicle sales would be advantageous.
  • Ability to read people effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Fluent English verbal and written.
  • Fluent Arabic verbal and written.
