Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Launch Executive based in New Cairo. The Project Launch Executive will oversee the successful initiation of new real estate projects, ensuring they align with corporate objectives and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, monitoring budgets, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring adherence to regulations and compliance requirements. The Executive will also maintain strong communication with stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of real estate development, compliance, and operational processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges proactively
- Experience with budgeting, timeline management, and resource allocation
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced on-site environment in New Cairo
- Flexibility, adaptability, and organizational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate or project management is an advantage
