About the Role

S.K.M Air Conditioning LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consulting Engineer - HVAC Applied Sales to strengthen our consulting sales operations in Riyadh. The role involves promoting SKM's applied HVAC product range among consultants, developers, and key decision-makers, ensuring product specification and approval during the design stage, and driving the consulting sales strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Promote SKM Applied products to consultants, project developers, and end users.

Conduct technical presentations and product training sessions for consultants and key stakeholders.

Lead consulting sales initiatives and manage consultant relationships across the Riyadh region.

Prepare and maintain a focus list of consultants and ensure consistent follow-up to secure project listings.

Support consultants during the design phase to ensure SKM products are specified in project documents.

Coordinate with Area Managers and Consulting Sales Manager on listing, approvals, and business development plans.

Achieve listing and specification targets in assigned markets while ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 6 years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably with leading international brands.

Strong technical and application knowledge of applied HVAC systems and industry standards.

Proven consulting sales experience and solid network with consultants in the Riyadh region.

Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to lead, organize, and manage consulting sales activities with a focus on achieving results.
