Senior Sales Director APAC & Middle East
Our client is a global premium beauty organization with a strong international presence, recognized for innovative, high-quality products and a commitment to brand excellence and market growth.
They are seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead sales performance, distributor management, and market expansion across the APAC & Middle East region.
This position requires a strategic commercial leader with deep experience in premium beauty and multi-country distributor environments.
Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned markets (sell-in and sell-out).
Lead and manage distributors and key accounts across GCC, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and APAC.
Monitor and manage distributor inventory, forecasting, and sell-through performance.
Build and execute commercial business plans for each market.
Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
Localize and implement marketing and activation plans.
Support launch and expansion of new categories.
Ensure all key accounts maintain premium merchandising and brand standards.
Conduct market visits, participate in trainings, events, and distributor meetings.
Drive performance and visibility of all launches, programs, and commercial initiatives.
Must Criteria:
10+ years experience in premium beauty or luxury with established global brands (L'Oral, Este Lauder, LVMH, Sephora, etc.).
Strong regional distributor management experience across multi-country territories.
Demonstrated success driving commercial growth across Professional, Retail, and/or E-commerce channels.
Fluent English communication skills.
Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
Managerial experience leading partners or teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
