Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in New Cairo. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, preparing technical proposals, and delivering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, managing customer relationships, presenting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and experience with solution-based selling
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
• Sales and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proven ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with security and automation systems, such as CCTV and Access Control, is an asset
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
