ABOUT THE POSITION
AKSA Power Generation is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer/Specialist who has strong experience in that process for our KSA Office at Jeddah.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Resident in Jeddah with no obstacle to work at our KSA Office.
- University degree in related engineering faculties.
- Be able to have between 2- 7 years experiences in sales positions
- Experience in production companies is a plus,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Strong analytical approach and team player,
- Ability to work up, down, across an organization, process-oriented,
- Excellent communication skills,
JOB DESCRPTON
The key duties of the successful candidate are;
- The main aim of the job is to carry out the sales activities, conducting researches to find new customers in his/her assigned areas, and to increase customer satisfaction
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and present them to the relevant manager.
- Conduct customer visits to enhance satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and improve customer loyalty.
- Work closely with the Sales Support team to monitor and coordinate production, shipment, delivery, and collection processes.
- Represent the company at fairs, conferences, and business meetings, and provide relevant feedback to senior management.
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and priceperformance evaluations to understand market trends and competitive conditions.
- Manage tender processes when required, including preparation, documentation, stage-by-stage coordination, and reporting project status to senior management for approval.
- Ensure accurate customer data entry in the system and initiate account creation for new customers.
- Verify stock availability for sold products, identify ready units in the warehouse, or initiate production rights when needed.
- Enter order forms and related documentation into the system accurately.
- Review, revise, and implement factory drawings and updates related to customer orders.
- Inform factory engineering, quality, and service teams about modification or transformation requirements for ready units in the warehouse, and follow the transformation process end-to-end.
- Share up-to-date information on production-stage units with the Sales and Sales Support teams.
- Coordinate with Sales Support units regarding exchanges between ready-made units and production rights.
- Conduct preliminary investigation of customer-reported damages after shipment.
