Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo for a Senior Sales Engineer. In this role, you will take ownership of the sales process, from identifying client needs to presenting tailored engineering solutions and closing deals. You will provide technical expertise during client engagements, prepare proposals, and deliver technical demonstrations of products and services. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and maintain excellent client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Strong technical expertise in Smart Home and Building Solutions, Hygienic Cladding Solutions, and/or Wood Industry Solutions.
  • Proven ability to consult clients, develop customized engineering solutions, and close sales.
  • Proficiency in proposal preparation, technical demonstrations, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required; advanced certifications or training in sales is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a Sales Engineer role or similar position, ideally in engineering-focused industries, is essential.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
