Promote and sell the company's light gauge steel structure building solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, large general contractors, and key clients.
Identify new business opportunities in the building construction market.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the design and commercial teams in KBS
Provide technical presentations and support to clients.
Achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture engineering.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in technical sales / business development / project tendering / civil or architectural design, within a large building contracting group or a property developer
Strong knowledge of building solutions and project management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
