Role Description

We are seeking a qualified Senior Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt. In this position, you will be responsible for offering technical expertise to support the design, presentation, and sale of furniture solutions. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, deliver customized solutions, and build strong relationships. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with both technical and sales teams, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting pre- and post-sale processes to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong proficiency in Sales and Customer Service
• Exceptional Communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of furniture design, ergonomics, and industry trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
• Problem-solving skills and technical aptitude relevant to product applications
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
