Job Description

  • Work on sales within the Company Business Unit of Engineering and Solutions (Instrumentations).
  • Manage the entire sales process in the allotted vertical with ability to work multi-disciplinary portfolio.
  • Supporting the team for Growth at the Business Unit level and the Company.
  • Work and coordinate with the sales team for all costing and estimation process pertaining to the Bulk Trading Section

Duties And Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the allotted sector, understanding their requirements.

Technical Sales

  • Provide technical expertise related to our business segment of Instrumentations and Engineering Solutions, guiding clients through product selection based on their specific needs.

Proposal Development

  • Provide all-inclusive details (technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines) to support the estimation team to prepare comprehensive proposals.

Estimation and Bidding

  • Work closely with internal teams, including proposal, engineering, Sales Order management, and product development, to ensure successful completion of sales process and customer satisfaction.
  • Sourcing and Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers /Subcontractors
  • Preparation of Cost sheet (Direct & indirect cost, temporary facilities and other related costs)
  • Review of commercial terms and condition documents.
  • Preparation of Technical and commercial proposal as per Client requirement.
  • Negotiations with suppliers and Principals on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
  • Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in (Mechanical, Instrumentation or Communications)

Additional Information

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 05 years working as a Sales Engineer in a similar business or industry.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preffered.
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
