Job Summary:
One of our clients are looking for Senior Sales Engineer who is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying customer needs, providing technical expertise, and delivering tailored solutions. This role bridges the gap between engineering and sales, combining strong technical knowledge with excellent commercial and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Understand customer technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design customized solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Participate in tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring technical and commercial compliance.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Support after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum 47 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and project-based solutions.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Strong understanding of pricing, contracts, and negotiation.
