Senior Sales Engineer (LV Panels)

Company Description

SQUARE E, a subcontractor of SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, specializes in the manufacture and installation of electrical distribution panels.

The company offers low voltage distribution panels for industrial, infrastructure, building and oil & gas markets. Additionally, SQUARE E provides cable trays, motor starter control panels, power factor correction panels, and stainless-steel formation.

The company also engages in electrical contracting and supplies for turnkey projects including medium voltage switchgear, transformers, generators, and lighting systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer (LV Panels) located in 10th of Ramadan, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing and growing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes tasks such as preparing and delivering technical presentations, identifying and meeting customer needs, and coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales (At least 5 years)
• Experience in Sales Engineering in Low voltage panels field (At least 2 years)
• Strong Technical Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the electrical distribution panels industry is a plus
