Develop annual and quarterly sales forecasting plans, including targets, required tools, and sales activities to ensure market growth and business expansion.
Negotiate sales contracts, finalize commercial agreements, and ensure timely collection of receivables in coordination with the finance department.
Take full responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets .
Promote the company's services and solutions to existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new customers and projects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, systems, and latest sales techniques.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, pipelines, and management updates within deadlines.
Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business.
Identify and penetrate new markets and sectors to expand the company's customer base.
Prepare competitive pricing structures and profit margins based on project history, cost analysis, market data, and competitor insights.
Issue and follow up on technical and commercial proposals until final client decision and project award.
Participate in tenders and bidding processes, including document preparation, technical compliance, and commercial submissions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
(Electrical Engineering accepted only if combined with proven sales experience in the same field).
1 5 years of experience in sales of:
Firefighting Systems
Gas Suppression Systems (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to close deals and achieve targets.
Computer literate with proficiency in:
Microsoft Windows
MS Office Applications
CRM systems (preferred)
English Language (Good command)
Self-motivated, resourceful, sales-oriented, and results-driven personality with strong customer relationship management skills.
