Job Description
  • Develop annual and quarterly sales forecasting plans, including targets, required tools, and sales activities to ensure market growth and business expansion.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, finalize commercial agreements, and ensure timely collection of receivables in coordination with the finance department.
  • Take full responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets .
  • Promote the company's services and solutions to existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new customers and projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, systems, and latest sales techniques.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, pipelines, and management updates within deadlines.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets and sectors to expand the company's customer base.
  • Prepare competitive pricing structures and profit margins based on project history, cost analysis, market data, and competitor insights.
  • Issue and follow up on technical and commercial proposals until final client decision and project award.
  • Participate in tenders and bidding processes, including document preparation, technical compliance, and commercial submissions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • (Electrical Engineering accepted only if combined with proven sales experience in the same field).
  • 1 5 years of experience in sales of:
  • Firefighting Systems
  • Gas Suppression Systems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Windows
  • MS Office Applications
  • CRM systems (preferred)
  • English Language (Good command)
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, sales-oriented, and results-driven personality with strong customer relationship management skills.
Job Details
  • Location: Nasr City, Cairo
  • Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
