About the Company

MISAC, Midea Shaker Company is collaboration between Midea Residential Air Conditioners (Midea RAC) and Midea Building Technologies (Midea MBT) with Hussein & Al-Hassan G. Shaker Bros. for Modern Trading Co. LTD (HH-Shaker) aims to establish a joint venture encompassing local manufacturing and sales, dedicated to breaking into the HVAC engineering market.

As the political and economic hub of the Middle East, Saudi Arabia has witnessed rapid development in its infrastructure and engineering sectors under the Vision 2030. MISAC is actively responding to the initiatives of investing in Saudi and local manufacturing, as well as the sustainable development strategy. Leveraging advanced energy-saving technologies and intelligent products, MISAC provides efficient, low-carbon HVAC solutions for the local market, which are widely applied across various fields including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and large-scale public facilities.

About the Role

We are looking for an aggressive, results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities while developing relationships with traditional clients to generate a strong pipeline.
  • Technical Sales & Estimates: Conduct heating and cooling load calculations, select optimal HVAC solutions, and prepare precise estimates for equipment, materials, and services.
  • Client Management: Visit clients to evaluate their technical needs, promote products/services, handle inquiries regarding stock, pricing, and credit terms, and maintain detailed client records.
  • Proposals & Presentations: Develop and present comprehensive technical and commercial proposals to customers.
  • Sales Forecasting: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while preparing accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and backlog reports.
  • Professional Integrity: Conduct all sales activities and client interactions with the highest level of business ethics.

Required Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of aggressively closing sales and building new business.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven success estimating, selling, and marketing HVAC systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience with HVAC solutions and VRF/Multi V systems, along with practical experience performing heating and cooling load calculations.

Location: Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
