Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key accounts,
developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the steel
and construction sector. The role focuses on outdoor sales, negotiations, and closing high-value deals
while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the steel and construction market.
2. Manage and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners.
3. Conduct regular client visits, site visits, and follow-ups.
4. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
5. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients.
6. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
7. Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
8. Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:
1. 57 years of experience in Steel & Construction industry
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field .
3. Proven experience dealing with projects and B2B clients.
4. Strong knowledge of steel products and construction projects
5. Ability to read and understand project requirements.
Work Conditions:
1. Work Environment: Outdoor / Field-based
