Job PurposeTo drive UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) business growth by identifying opportunities, managing key clients, providing technical solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UPS and power solutions market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, pricing trends, and customer needs.
- Assess customer power requirements and propose suitable UPS systems
- Prepare load calculations, system configurations, and BOQs for UPS solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle including inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and order closing.
- Prepare commercial offers, tenders, and cost estimates in line with company pricing policies.
- Track ongoing opportunities through CRM tools and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Handle customer complaints or technical concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 47 years of experience in UPS sales, power electronics, or electrical solutions.
- Strong background in selling online UPS, modular UPS, batteries, and related power systems.
- Solid understanding of UPS technologies, electrical loads, harmonics, and sizing calculations.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building ability.
