Role Description The Senior Sales ERP Microsoft role is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The professional in this role will lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Microsoft ERP solutions, from prospecting and qualification through solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare and enterprise clients, and collaborating with technical teams to align Microsoft ERP capabilities with customer needs. The role involves delivering product demos, supporting RFP responses, and providing ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The Senior Sales ERP Microsoft specialist will also contribute to sales forecasting, pipeline management, and training internal teams on ERP solution value propositions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, understand requirements, and provide high-quality client support.
- Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and closing complex ERP or enterprise software deals.
- Demonstrated Sales Management capabilities, such as pipeline management, forecasting, and mentoring junior sales team members.
- Ability to deliver effective Training sessions for clients and internal teams on Microsoft ERP features, workflows, and best practices.
- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar enterprise resource planning solutions, preferably within healthcare or IT services.
- Solid understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, operations) and how ERP systems support and optimize these processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Qesm 1st Nasser City and collaborating cross-functionally with technical, implementation, and support teams.
- Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
