Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, articulate, and driven Senior Sales to manage, nurture, and grow our enterprise client accounts. This role is best suited for a sales professional with experience handling corporate clients, building proposals & presentations, and driving revenue in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise B2B accounts across industries.
- Build strong relationships with HR, Procurement, and L&D decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across training solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Administrative Leadership
- Own account plans, stakeholder maps, and revenue forecasts in the CRM.
- Manage opportunity stages and report accurate weekly pipeline and forecast.
- Ensure legal/commercial compliance (SOWs, POs, invoicing triggers).
Driving Revenue Growth
- Prospect into new buying centers; expand within existing enterprise accounts.
- Lead discovery, solution design, and tailored proposals (scope, pricing, timelines).
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Sales and Client Development
- Build multi-level relationships with HR/L&D/HSE and operations leaders.
- Run executive presentations and QBRs; capture feedback and identify new needs.
- Coordinate with delivery/training teams to ensure flawless execution and renewals.
Strategic Growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor moves; refine positioning and pricing.
- Develop case studies and references with marketing to support enterprise pursuits.
- Map whitespace to plan upsell/cross-sell campaigns by business unit/location.
Mentorship and Team Enablement
- Coach junior reps on discovery, proposals, and negotiation basics.
- Contribute to refinement of playbooks, pricing guardrails, and proposal templates.
- Support hiring panels and onboarding for new sales team members.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of B2B sales/account management (training/HSE/recruitment preferred).
- English; excellent proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven consultative selling and deal-closing capability with enterprise stakeholders.
- CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred); strong organization and follow-through.
Salary & Benefits
- 7,000 – 11,000 SAR per month (based on experience and qualifications).
