We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in the advertising and marketing industry to drive growth by owning the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and pitching to closing, onboarding and handover to the creative teams. This role is ideal for a commercially sharp professional with an existing network in the Egyptian market and strong deal execution skills.
GCC market experience is a strong plus (clients, partners, or market exposure).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation qualification proposal negotiation closing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and network-driven opportunities.
- Conduct discovery meetings, understand client goals, and translate needs into clear commercial scopes with internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with creative and account management teams during onboarding to ensure smooth kickoff and delivery alignment.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pitch decks tailored to client objectives.
- Manage CRM updates, sales forecasting, and reporting (pipeline, conversion, revenue targets).
- Build long-term relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities post-onboarding.
- Keep up with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks in Egypt (and GCC where applicable).
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 4+ years of sales experience in an advertising / marketing / digital agency (mandatory).
- Strong network and relationships within the Egyptian market (decision-makers/brands/SMEs/startups).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing services (e.g., performance marketing, social media, branding, content, creative production, web).
- Ability to structure deals, manage stakeholders, and close consistently.
- High ownership mindset with strong follow-through and time management.
Nice To Have
- Exposure to or experience selling into the GCC market.
- Experience selling retainers and project-based scopes (branding, campaigns, content, media buying, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
