Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This includes liaising with insurance providers, tailoring insurance products to meet client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires regular meetings with prospects and clients, preparing proposals, and negotiating agreements. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery is also a key aspect of the position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales - insurance
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and its products is a must
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-based and goal-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic
