We're partnering with a global financial technology provider that works with tier-1 and tier-2 banks, fintechs, and financial institutions across the Middle East.
This role is responsible for driving enterprise-level new business and strategic account growth, selling complex financial software solutions into banks and regulated financial institutions across the UAE and wider region.
Responsibilities :
Owning the full enterprise sales cycle from account planning and prospecting through to contract negotiation and close
Managing a portfolio of strategic named accounts while developing new opportunities within target banks
Engaging with C-suite, IT, digital, risk, and operations stakeholders
Navigating long, multi-stakeholder, procurement-led buying processes
Working closely with pre-sales, solution architects, product, and regional leadership to shape winning proposals
Building accurate forecasts and maintaining a strong, qualified pipeline
Experience :
Proven experience selling enterprise software or FinTech solutions into banks or financial services organisations
Track record of closing complex, high-value, long-cycle deals
Strong understanding of banking environments, regulations, and buying processes
Experience operating successfully in the Middle East market
Structured sales methodology (MEDDIC / MEDDPICC preferred)
Dubai based or open to relocation
