We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to oversee and execute our sales strategy, ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maximizing profitability in line with the company's objectives. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our sales team and aligning sales initiatives with the broader goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing and sales plans to achieve divisional objectives.
- Communicate with prospective and potential clients to understand needs and manage expectations.
- Research new sales opportunities and identify potential customers within the assigned area.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Track competitor activities and share relevant insights internally.
- Maintain accurate sales records for performance measurement.
- Prepare proposals, submissions, and tenders.
- Submit weekly reports, forecasts, and requested updates on time.
- Review monthly individual sales performance including call plans, pipeline, and results.
- Develop corrective action plans and ensure targets are met.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs.
- Ensure internal communication of events/activities across teams.
- Conduct joint customer visits with Account Executives when needed.
- Measure customer relationship quality using proper tools.
- Prepare and/or approve quotations and tenders.
- Develop and implement a customer retention strategy.
- Oversee reporting accuracy on Salesforce and other internal reports.
- Verify contract figures on CRM against sales data.
- Maintain continuous contact plans with existing customers.
- Develop and lead the annual sales strategy and plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- CRM management and data analysis skills.
- Strong customer orientation and relationship building.
- Ability to lead, coach, and support a high-performing sales team.
