Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Consultant to join our team, specializing in sales of banking products - Premium Credit Cards. This role will be responsible for driving sales, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional client service in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on credit card and loan products, including features, benefits, and application processes.
- Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate card and loan solutions.
- Drive sales of card and loan products, meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting card and loan products.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve product features and customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and materials for card and loan products.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries or issues.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in UAE banking, preferably in card or loan product sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
- UAE Driving License is Mandatory
