Our client is a leading global provider of Food & Beverage operating equipment, specializing in serving luxury hotels and premium venues. Their products are trusted by industry leaders across multiple regions, offering exceptional quality and design. They are now seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will support the growth of brand awareness and develop relationships with key stakeholders, such as owners, operators, and designers. This role offers growth opportunities, including progression to regional sales positions, with enhanced earning potential and travel prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify leads to convert them into product inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Database Management: Utilize and manage the existing database to identify and generate new opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including General Managers, F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, and designers, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales support team to develop and implement a sales strategy that meets client expectations.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in opening sales opportunities in a similar field, preferably in hospitality-related sales or operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Cold Calling Proficiency: Confidence and emotional intelligence to handle cold and warm calls successfully.
  • Independent & Teamwork Skills: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • CRM Knowledge: Experience in using CRM systems to track and leverage data to drive results.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with a desire for self-development and achieving goals.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Interest in interacting with diverse cultures and managing potential language barriers.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work across different time zones.
  • Industry Background: Previous experience in hospitality-related roles such as Management, Operations, or Sales is preferred.
