Job Description:

  • Generate new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
  • Conduct client visits and present the company's logistics and freight forwarding services.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
  • Follow up on quotations and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/customer databases.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is a must.
  • Previous experience in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong presentation and business development skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Alexandria residents only.
