Senior Sales Executive - Golf Partnerships & Business Development
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Sales Executive to support the growth of the golf business through the development and management of strategic partnerships. The role will focus on building strong relationships with hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), tour operators, corporate clients, and other key partners to drive golf rounds, memberships, events, and overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with hotels, resorts, travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate organizations.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase golf bookings, memberships, tournaments, and corporate events.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue and ensure long-term collaboration.
- Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote golf products and services.
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and partnership growth targets.
- Work closely with Marketing and Golf Operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and partnership initiatives.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership contracts in line with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and golf-related functions.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline activities, and partnership performance reports through CRM systems.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates for management.
- Support the promotion of memberships, golf days, tournaments, academy programs, and hospitality packages.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or account management.
- Experience within the golf, hospitality, tourism, leisure, or sports industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic business partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality and tourism market.
- Experience managing hotel partnerships and corporate accounts is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
