Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Executive – Interior Fit-outs, based in Al Khobar. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of interior design and fit-out projects, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the design and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. The Senior Sales Executive will also be expected to meet sales targets and contribute to strategic business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in interior design, fit-outs, or related industries
• Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities
• Expertise in sales presentations and contract negotiation
• Knowledge of interior design processes, fit-out projects, and related technical aspects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients at all levels
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and project management teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the GCC market and knowledge of local regulations is a strong advantage
