Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Dubai (UAE)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong local market understanding, an existing network in enterprise/B2B sales, and the ability to independently manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Candidates must already be based in Dubai with a valid UAE visa. Emirati nationals will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE markets
Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and reports
Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales (preferably in technology, AI, SaaS, or fintech)
Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven with the ability to work independently
Existing network in UAE corporate ecosystem is a strong advantage
Eligibility Criteria
Must be currently residing in Dubai
Must hold a valid UAE visa
Emirati candidates will be preferred
