Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Professional to lead and expand our Electrical, Lighting, and Building Materials business across the Saudi Arabia market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing distributor networks, channel partners, and key accounts in KSA, along with strong commercial acumen in credit risk management, revenue growth, and strategic market development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and market share across Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and channel partners in line with company expansion strategy.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, wholesalers, contractors, consultants, and project clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, projects, and business segments.
Channel & Distributor Management
- Build and manage a strong distributor and dealer network across key regions in Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure distributors meet sales targets, stocking norms, and payment commitments.
- Monitor distributor performance, margins, and channel efficiency.
- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners.
Key Account & Project Sales Management
- Manage relationships with major contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.
- Identify and secure opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Support tender participation and pricing strategy in coordination with management.
Credit Risk & Receivables Management
- Monitor and control customer credit exposure in line with company policy.
- Evaluate creditworthiness of distributors and customers.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables aging.
- Coordinate with finance to minimize bad debts and overdue payments.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide regular market feedback and strategic recommendations to management.
- Support product positioning and pricing strategies.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and monthly business performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications & Experience

- Arabic language mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 1012 years of proven sales experience in Electrical, Lighting, or similer industry
