Leveraging cutting-edge health technologies and precision medicine, we ensure the highest standards of effectiveness, efficiency, and patient-centered outcomes. With a global presence spanning more than 480 facilities in 27 countries and a dedicated workforce of over 20,000 professionals, M42 is uniquely positioned to redefine the future of healthcare on a global scale.

The Senior Sales Executive will join the commercial team at NRL, supporting business growth by developing new client partnerships and managing existing accounts across the UAE. This role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders. Given market needs, candidates with strong B2B sales experience from diagnostics, laboratory services, or pharmaceutical sectors will also be considered.

  • 4 years of sales experience, or strong potential in client-facing commercial roles.
  • Candidates with experience in laboratory diagnostics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Good commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
