Job Description

Summary:

To drive revenue growth by building relationships, managing accounts, and closing deals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new sales opportunities through scheduled meetings, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conducting product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.
  • Power of Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, tracking progress using company software, and generating regular performance reports.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Preparing and submitting reports on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the shipping industry and preferably from a forwarding background.
  • Good Knowledge of the industry, specifically RORO & Break-bulk.
  • Should be professional in verbal and written communication.
  • Good technical & digital skills.
