Role Overview
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to own and expand a portfolio of our highestvalue clients. You'll leverage your deep consultativeselling expertise to drive new sales with HR leaders and Clevel executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Needs Analysis & Solution Alignment: Deeply understand each client's unique HR challenges and pains, then craft and present tailored Mawared HRMS solutions that deliver clear business value.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct indepth needs analyses, deliver ROIfocused demos, and craft compelling proposals that address complex HR challenges.
- Full SalesCycle Management: Own the endtoend sales processfrom prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closeto consistently build and convert pipeline.
- CrossFunctional Leadership: Collaborate with PreSales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction.
- Market & Competitive Insights: Gather and relay customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to shape product enhancements and sales approaches.
What You Bring
- Value Based Sales: Solid understanding and practice of value based selling
- Proven Expertise: 2-5 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, with a strong record of managing and growing key accounts.
- Quota Crusher: Demonstrated success hitting or surpassing highvalue revenue targets in complex, multistakeholder environments.
- CSuite Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skillscomfortable engaging with HR Directors, VPs, and CXOs.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute longterm account plans, backed by datadriven insights and forecasting.
- Tech Fluent: Quick to master new platforms and CRM tools to optimize your sales process.
