Senior Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding with strong experience in freight forwarding sales and an established network in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate should have proven Dubai-based freight forwarding sales experience and a strong track record of acquiring and managing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and generate new business opportunities within the Dubai freight forwarding market.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers across import, export, air freight, sea freight, and related logistics services.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales in line with company targets and margins.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer and industry network in Dubai.
• Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and regular sales reports.
• Conduct customer visits and business development activities across Dubai.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience specifically in the freight forwarding industry.
• Candidates must have pure freight forwarding experience — candidates from general logistics, courier, transport, or other industries will not be considered.
• Must be currently based in Dubai with strong knowledge and experience of the Dubai freight forwarding market.
• Proven track record in B2B freight forwarding sales and business development.
• Strong existing customer/shipper network in Dubai is highly preferred.
• Experience in Sea Freight, Air Freight, Import/Export, and related freight forwarding solutions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-driven with a proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• UAE/Dubai driving licence is preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.
