This role is based in Riyadh. You'll spend real time in the market: inside restaurants, at events, across the city. That's where the work happens.

About The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a builder's mentality to own restaurant-partner growth in Riyadh. You'll be the person sitting across from GMs and restaurant operators, helping them see what SPICE can do for their business. You'll work directly with the founding team, and the feedback you bring from the field will shape what we build next.

What You'll Achieve

  • Prospect and close new restaurant partnerships across Riyadh by showing operators how SPICE grows their loyalty, reach, and revenue
  • Run the full sales cycle end-to-end: working from a target list and building your own pipeline to bring in new restaurant partners
  • Hold face-to-face meetings with restaurant owners, GMs, and F&B directors to understand their business and earn their trust
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
  • Feed market intelligence back to the team: What operators care about, where competitors are moving, what's not working
  • Help build the sales playbook in Riyadh and define our sales motion as we grow

Skills You'll Need To Bring

  • 24 years of full-cycle B2B sales at a fast-growing company, preferably successful in closing deals in F&B, hospitality, or restaurant technology
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding quota that you can actually walk us through
  • Social and relationship-driven: you'd take a GM to lunch before you'd send a cold email, and you listen more than you pitch
  • Fluency in Arabic and English: both are essential for Riyadh's market
  • A builder who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves and bringing structure where there isn't any yet
  • Discipline about your pipeline, your promises, and your follow-ups: You don't drop the thread and you don't hide bad news
  • You share credit as easily as you take feedback
