Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and promote sports construction systems, sports equipment and related products across the UAE.

Products and Services

Football fields and artificial turf
Padel courts
Tennis and pickleball courts
Basketball and multipurpose courts
Sports flooring and surfacing systems
Sports equipment and accessories
Fencing, lighting, landscaping and related civil works

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, schools, sports clubs and academies.
Generate enquiries and follow up with potential and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, site visits and product presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and tender submissions.
Coordinate technical and commercial requirements with clients, suppliers and internal departments.
Review project specifications, drawings and AutoCAD layouts.
Follow up on negotiations and projects until successful award and completion.
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and sports industry.
Established industry contacts are preferred.
Experience in sports construction, sports flooring, artificial turf, landscaping or construction materials is preferred.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to understand technical drawings.
Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic would be an advantage.
A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
