We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive specializing in Wood & Decorative Surfaces to join our dynamic team within the Construction industry. This role is pivotal in expanding our market footprint, enhancing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through expert knowledge of product offerings.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the construction and design sectors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of wood and decorative surfaces to clients and architects.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting the wood and decorative surface market.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offering in the market.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, outlining achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
REQUIREMENTS- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, with a focus on wood and decorative surfaces.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of wood products, decorative surfaces, and their applications in construction and design.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
