Senior Sales fashion

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales role based in New Cairo. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, training and mentoring junior sales staff, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role requires exceptional communication with customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to exceed expectations. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with the management team to drive overall business growth within the fashion industry.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance and skills development.
• Leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the capacity to influence and motivate team members.
• Understanding of the fashion industry and market trends is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
