Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Senior Sales / Junior Sales representatives, located in New Cairo. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting tailored property solutions, and managing the sales process to achieve targets. Representatives will ensure exceptional customer service, collaborate within a dynamic team, and maintain strong relationships with developers to secure competitive offers for clients. Responsibilities also include ongoing professional development to enhance sales techniques and understanding of the real estate market.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Capability in Training and mentoring others to contribute to overall team performance and success.
• Proactive attitude, teamwork-oriented mindset, and ability to foster lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Egypt and the Middle East is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
