We are seeking a sales specialist to lead business development and customer portfolio growth within the heavy and light trucking sector.
The role focuses on expanding market share, strengthening key client relationships, and driving profitable revenue through structured commercial planning and strong market intelligence.
- Develop and execute the annual sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability targets in heavy and light trucking services.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand customer accounts, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and approve final pricing structures in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and trucking rate developments to maintain competitive positioning.
- Reporting annually and quarterly sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Coach, guide, and support Customer Relationship staff to elevate commercial performance and service quality.
- Represent the company professionally with clients, authorities, and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience 5 – 7+ years of experience in container transport/logistics sales is preferred.
- Experience Including proven experience leading commercial or customer-focused teams.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meet targets, and adapt to changing commercial conditions.
