Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our client's commercial growth strategy in Dubai.

This is a leadership role for someone who can build strategy, inspire high-performing sales teams, drive revenue growth, improve sales processes, develop strategic partnerships, and create predictable revenue forecasting. The successful candidate will lead from the front, coach the team, own the sales targets, and deliver sustainable commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of team revenue performance and drive sustainable month-on-month and quarter-on-quarter growth.
  • Develop and execute the overall sales vision and commercial strategy.
  • Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and client segments.
  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team through regular performance reviews and mentoring.
  • Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline and ensure excellent CRM discipline.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.
  • Improve client acquisition, retention and average deal value.
  • Build strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth.
  • Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies.
  • Support profitability by improving revenue while protecting margins.
  • Manage sales budgets effectively.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and weekly pipeline reviews.
  • Deliver sales initiatives within agreed timelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading successful B2B sales teams.
  • Strong commercial leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent coaching and people management abilities.
  • Experience managing CRM systems with high data accuracy.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience within Advertising, Media, Events, Business Communities or similar industries is highly preferred.
  • Established business network within the UAE market is advantageous.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and commercial acumen
