Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Enablement: Design, deliver, and continuously refine structured learning paths, product knowledge sessions, and sales skills workshops.
  • Performance Management: Set sales quotas, monitor pipeline activity, and conduct regular one-on-one coaching to keep the team on track.
  • Strategy & Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance KPIs to make informed business decisions and accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align training materials with live sales priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or sales enablement, ideally within the specific industry.
  • Leadership: Exceptional communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of pricing structures, basic (P&L), and negotiation strategies.
