About the Company

ENPI Group is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and drive commercial growth within our Flexible Packaging and SAL (Shrink & Adhesive Labels) division.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial background, an established customer network, and a proven track record of achieving sales growth within industrial manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand key customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with major customers and decision-makers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic business plans.
  • Mentor and support the commercial team when required.

Qualifications

  • Saudi National (Mandatory).
  • Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience within the Flexible Packaging manufacturing industry (Mandatory).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Mandatory experience in the Flexible Packaging industry, including products such as:
  • Flexible Films
  • Laminates
  • Rollstock
  • Printed Films
  • Barrier Films
  • Pouches
  • Packaging Solutions
  • Strong commercial knowledge of flexible packaging manufacturing processes and applications.
  • Established network of customers, converters, manufacturers, and key decision-makers within the packaging industry.
  • Proven experience managing regional sales portfolios and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic selling, and key account management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.
