Our client is a well-established interior design and fit-out company in Dubai, specialising in residential and commercial projects. They are looking to expand their presence in the luxury residential villa renovation market and are seeking a senior sales professional to lead this growth.
Role Overview:
The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving business in the residential villa renovation sector. This is a client-facing, leadership role requiring a strategic approach to sales, business development, and marketing. The individual will manage client relationships, oversee the sales process from lead generation to project delivery, and ensure the team meets its revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales function for residential villa renovation projects.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and revenue in the residential segment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their requirements and guiding them through the design and renovation process.
- Manage client expectations and provide solutions when needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and lead marketing initiatives to generate leads and strengthen the brand in the residential market.
- Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and market expansion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management within interiors, fit-out, or construction/renovation.
- Strong understanding of the residential villa renovation market, design process, and construction/renovation workflow.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence clients effectively.
- Leadership experience in managing sales teams or business development functions.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and lead generation techniques is a plus.
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
