We're looking for a highly experienced, commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and sales across the UAE's oil & gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors.
This is a strategic leadership role ideal for a well-connected industry professional with a strong track record of securing major contracts and driving significant revenue growth within oilfield supplies
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies for oilfield equipment, industrial products, and engineering solutions.
- Leverage strong relationships across ADNOC Group, EPC contractors, and major operators to generate new business.
- Promote international manufacturers and expand market presence across the UAE and GCC.
- Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and procurement opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across procurement, supply chain, and project teams.
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing of high-value deals.
- Drive pipeline growth and ensure sustainable revenue generation.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience in oilfield supplies trading, industrial sales, or oil & gas services.
- Strong network across ADNOC, EPC contractors, and major energy companies.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving high-value sales targets.
- Deep understanding of UAE oil & gas procurement processes and supply chain dynamics.
- Experience handling EPC projects, framework agreements, and long-term contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
