Real Estate Lead Generation Marketing knowledge is a plus point.

Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Additionally, the role will require the Sales Manager to analyse market trends and competitor activities, provide sales reports and forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in advertising industry is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
